Living in Jerusalem there is the feeling that heaven is within easy reach, but sometimes you have to take the stairs. The photograph is Ezra Orion’s outdoor sculpture, commonly known as “Jacob’s Ladder”, referencing the story in Genesis, and is located at the entrance to the Givat Mordechai area of Jerusalem.
